Free medical and counselling services; no Ontario Health Insurance required. STI testing and treatment, HIV testing (anonymous/rapid), Hepatitis A and B vaccination, birth control prescriptions on renewals, post abortion check-ups, pap tests, and other gynecological related concerns.

Fights for sex workers rights to fair wages, and safe and healthy working conditions. Opposes any law that criminalizes sex workers. Provides health, legal info, and free condoms, as well as, educates service providers and policy makers.

24hr emergency care for men, women and transgendered individuals 12 years + who have been sexually assaulted or experienced intimate partner violence. Crisis intervention, medical care (testing and treatment for STIs, Plan B, and HIV Post-exposure Prophylaxis), forensic care, risk assessment and appropriate safety planning, and referral to community resources.

For men, women, and transgendered individuals who have been sexually assaulted or have experienced intimate partner violence. 24hr emergency response care is available at both locations, crisis intervention, medical care (testing and treatment for STIs, Plan B and HIV Post-exposure Prophylaxis), forensic care, risk assessment and appropriate safety planning, and referral to community resources.
Sexual Assault & Domestic Violence Care Centre (SA/DVCC) Women’s College Hospital
Located in Room 1256 of the Acute Ambulatory Care Unit. 24/7 service for women, men, and trans individuals who are victims/survivors of sexual assault and domestic/intimate partner violence. Counselling for 16+ years, crisis support, assessment and documentation of injuries/assault history, testing and treatment for STIs, emergency contraceptive options, testing for drugs that may have been used to commit the assault, assessment of risk and safety planning, and referral to community resources.
Shout Clinic
Free service, no Ontario Health Insurance or registration at the Health Centre required. Anonymous HIV testing: standard HIV antibody test (draw blood and send to lab, 2 weeks for results) or rapid HIV antibody test (prick finger, results in minutes). Pre and post-test counselling, free safer sex materials (condoms and lube), harm reduction materials (needles, safer crack use supplies, etc.).
