Free, confidential, culturally sensitive, and language accessible sexual health clinical services, counselling, support services, diagnostic screening and treatments, birth control (available for low cost), workshops. Serves women with and without Ontario Health Insurance Mobile Health Clinic: STI, pap and pregnancy tests, breast exams, referrals for mammograms and ultrasounds.

Addiction and supportive housing services for women 16 to 26 years who are in recovery from serious substance abuse.
Integrated Community Mental Health
Adults 16 years + with mental health issues/experiencing a mental health crisis. Mobile crisis intervention and hospital crisis program.

Advocating for the rights of domestic workers, caregivers, and newcomers. Leadership and advocacy training, integration and settlement services, orientation, info, and counselling.
Interpretation MCIS
You must have the capacity to make conference (3-way) calls to use this service. Step 1: Survivor calls our 24hr Crisis Line at 416-598-8808. Step 2: Answering service calls counsellor to leave a number or patch through the caller. Step 3: Caller requests an interpreter in the language required. Step 4: Counsellor places the caller on hold and calls MCIS. Step 5: Counsellor reaches the interpreter in the requested language. Step 6: Counsellor is connected with the interpreter. Step 7: Counsellor connects the caller with the interpreter. This process takes less than two minutes.

Jamaican Canadian Association
Provides services to Jamaican, Caribbean and African- Canadian communities. Violence Against Women program (VAW): support for women and children who are experiencing or have experienced domestic violence, individual and group counselling, crisis counselling, support for housing, legal and parenting, safety planning and lifestyle management.
Jane Finch Community Legal Services
Deals with tenant rights, immigration, citizenship, Ontario Works (OW), Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Old Age Security (OAS), Employment Insurance (EI), Criminal Injuries Compensation, debtor and creditor, legal aid certificate appeals, notarizing documents, commissioning documents, statutory declarations and affidavits, and Power of Attorney (POA).
Japanese Social Services
Serves people of Japanese ethno-cultural backgrounds. Confidential, culturally sensitive counselling. First session free (up to 60 minutes), second session – basic fee of $10 plus an additional charge (additional charge based on household’s income scale).
Jessie’s Centre
Individual counselling, advocacy, support, info. Birth control methods, abuse in relationships, family issues, mental health issues, substance abuse, accessing and navigating systems, housing, labour support, on-site high school, parenting groups, well-baby clinic, prenatal programs, parent relief. Women who are 18 years and under, pregnant or have a child are eligible for services.

Emergency short-term shelter and support services for assaulted women and their children.
Justice for Children and Youth (JFCY)
Info about legal rights of children and youth in Ontario, provincial offences, education rights, and health and mental health care treatment legal rights. Provides representation and advocacy for youth under 18 years, education, assistance leaving home for 16+ years, a lawyer for homeless youth 16 to 25 years, select legal representation for low-income children and youth in Toronto, and Child Discipline, Child Protection & Child Custody.
Kensington-Bellwood’s Community Legal Services
Provides advice and representation, public legal education, law reform, and community development. Areas of law dealt with are housing, Employment Insurance (EI), employment standards, general administrative, immigration and refugee, income security, social assistance, human rights, domestic violence, and Criminal Injuries Compensation Board (CICB).

LAMP Community Health Centre
Primary health care services, health education, disease prevention, family physicians, nurse practitioners, naturopathy clinic, healthy sex clinic (family planning), doctor on call 24hrs. No Ontario Health Insurance required for general services.
Landlord’s Self Help Centre (LSHC)
Community legal clinic that supports Ontario’s small-scale landlord community exclusively. Provides info, summary advice, referrals, educational materials, educational outreach programs, info to aid landlords in understanding their rights and responsibilities, and info on a variety of topics related to residential rental relationships.

Outreach service which offers support using an individualized model for women dealing with both mental health and substance abuse concerns.
Maggie’s: Toronto Sex Workers Action Project
Peer resource centre, drop-in lounge, promotion of safer sex practices and materials, support for victims of violence or sexual assault, info on legal issues surrounding sex trade, referrals to legal and other community services, staffed by current and former sex workers, and peer volunteer opportunities.

Male 16 years +. Confidential counselling. First 8 sessions free, sliding scale rate +8 sessions.
