Fights for sex workers rights to fair wages, and safe and healthy working conditions. Opposes any law that criminalizes sex workers. Provides health, legal info, and free condoms, as well as, educates service providers and policy makers.

24hr emergency care for men, women and transgendered individuals 12 years + who have been sexually assaulted or experienced intimate partner violence. Crisis intervention, medical care (testing and treatment for STIs, Plan B, and HIV Post-exposure Prophylaxis), forensic care, risk assessment and appropriate safety planning, and referral to community resources.

Located in Room 1256 of the Acute Ambulatory Care Unit. 24/7 service for women, men, and trans individuals who are victims/survivors of sexual assault and domestic/intimate partner violence. Counselling for 16+ years, crisis support, assessment and documentation of injuries/assault history, testing and treatment for STIs, emergency contraceptive options, testing for drugs that may have been used to commit the assault, assessment of risk and safety planning, and referral to community resources.

Individuals with eating and body image concerns. Persons with eating disorders.

Free service, no Ontario Health Insurance or registration at the Health Centre required. Anonymous HIV testing: standard HIV antibody test (draw blood and send to lab, 2 weeks for results) or rapid HIV antibody test (prick finger, results in minutes). Pre and post-test counselling, free safer sex materials (condoms and lube), harm reduction materials (needles, safer crack use supplies, etc.).

Support, advice, crisis intervention, referrals to other. Francophones

Provides advice, brief services, public legal education, and/or legal representation. Deals with immigration, Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Ontario Works (OW), Old Age Security (OAS), Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Criminal Injuries Compensation (basic advice), Employment Insurance (EI), Human Rights (advice only), Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) (advice only), employment law (advice), family law (basic advice), tenant’s rights (basic advice only, no representation), and domestic violence (advice).

Deals with Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Employment Insurance (EI), immigration, Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Ontario Works (OW), tenants’ rights, and workers’ rights.

Women, children and families. Emergency, mental health, addictions, counselling, crisis intervention, medicine, senior’s care, surgery and oncology, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, and pharmacy.

Community Development and Social Action Program: engages staff and program participants in a process of social change and identifies opportunities for long-term engagement.

Information and referral helpline for people experiencing homelessness.

Support for women, men, and transgender individuals involved in any level and any capacity of the sex trade who wish to exit the industry or contemplate a lifestyle change.

Offers outpatient individual/group counselling, and referral to appropriate resources. The program targets, but is not restricted to, women in conflict with the law.
